Enloop is a pay-as-you-go subscription service that includes free and paid subscription levels.


Free Business Plan Subscription

Choosing the Free subscription level allows you to check out the Enloop Business Plan Writing software before you upgrade to a paid subscription. No credit card information is required to join Enloop at the free level. You can stay as a free member as long as you want, but you only have access to limited features. You can create one business plan. You cannot share your plan. 


Upgrade Your Business Plan Subscription

You can upgrade your business plan subscription at any time to immediately gain access to advanced features that make writing a business plan easier. You receive a 40% discount off the monthly price when you select an annual subscription.

When you upgrade to a paid subscription level you gain access to many time-saving features that help you write and manage your business plan. Some of our advanced features include being able to compare your financial forecasts to your industry's averages by automatically generating your company's financial ratios (or KPI); automatically generating your business plan textsharing your business plans with your team; letting you set your country's currency symbol in your business plan; and seeing your Business Plan Score in real-time as you write your plan.

When upgrading from one paid account to another paid account, you’ll only pay the pro-rated difference between your current subscription and new subscription. Your billing period is reset to the day of your upgrade and your credit card is billed at the time you upgrade.


Downgrading Your Business Plan Subscription

You can downgrade your paid subscription at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your billing cycle and your feature level will remain active until then. If you're downgrading to a different paid membership level, your billing period is reset to the day of your downgrade.


Refunds and Credits

Enloop is a pay-as-you-go subscription service and we do not issue full or partial refunds or credits for downgrades or deleted accounts, regardless if you've used the account or not. It is your responsibility to manage your subscriptions.


How Paid Accounts Are Billed

Your credit card information is only taken when you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription. Your credit card is billed at that time and then charged automatically at 12:01am PST on your monthly (every 30 days) or annual (every 365 days) renewal date.


Account Owner

The account owner is the only person who can upgrade, downgrade or delete an account and is solely responsible for all charges and content. Members who are invited as shared users to any business plan may not make any changes to that plan's account. Shared plans cannot be re-assigned to other members.
